# Getting started

## Where do I find the plugin?

In the administration open **Content > FAQ for SEO**. The page consists of two tabs:

* **Groups** – topic groups the questions are assigned to (see [Groups](/faq-fuer-seo/english-documentation/gruppen.md))
* **Questions & Answers** – the actual FAQ entries (see [Questions & answers](/faq-fuer-seo/english-documentation/fragen-antworten.md))

At the top right you select the **language** in which you maintain content. Group names, questions, answers and meta data can be translated per language.

The general settings (layout, icons, URL path, meta data of the overview page) are located under **Extensions > My extensions > FAQ for SEO > Configure** (see [Plugin configuration](/faq-fuer-seo/english-documentation/konfiguration.md)).

## Your first FAQ in three steps

1. **Create a group:** tab **Groups** > **New Group**. Double-click the new row, enter a name (e.g. "Shipping") and save.
2. **Create a question:** tab **Questions & Answers** > **New Q\&A**. Double-click the row, select the group, enter question and answer and save.
3. **Check the storefront:** open `https://your-domain.com/faq`. The question appears in its group and has its own URL, e.g. `/faq/how-long-does-shipping-take`.

> **Important:** Questions are only shown if they are assigned to an **active group**. Questions without a group appear neither on the FAQ page nor in the shopping experience element.

To create many questions at once, use the [CSV import](/faq-fuer-seo/english-documentation/import-export.md).
